Refund policy

DOLKBJD Strictly does not allow refunds of any item paid.

Purchases can only be returned if there are any damages on the item or that DOLKBJD has sent an incorrect item. Buyer must provide photos or videos of the damaged item via email for us to check the eligibility for a return; all returns are subject for discussion.

We will investigate the cause of the problem and take action.

About the initial defect case, please contact DOLK BJD Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please do not destroy the box or other packaging materials of the product you received.

Please note that we do not accept returns more than 7 days after delivery.

Return address will be provided by DOLKBJD.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

Please take note that the return must be approved and discussed before the actual return of the item/s and once the return is accepted.

Refunds for damaged or incorrect items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or if we will be sending a replacement. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for our staff to process the refund or return.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@dolkbjd.com.

For paid orders, if you insist on canceling or ask for a refund especially for pre-order items, we will collect 30% of the total order amount.

For layaway orders we don't accept cancellations after your 1st payment. Remember that the 1st payment or down payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, if you insist on canceling, we will collect an additional 15% of the total amount of orders aside from your 1st payment.
