Production and Processing Time

Parts and Dolls: 4-5 Months 

Note: There are some Companies that we cannot control their production, hence production may take even up to 6 months.

Outfit, Wig, Etc.: 14 – 40 Days 

Note: There are some Companies that we cannot control their production, hence production may take longer.

Special items and Character Dolls: 5-6 Months

Note: Production of these dolls may take up to 1 year due to the process in production and details needed to make these dolls.

Courier Shipping Time

EMS shipping time may take 2-3 weeks depending on your locations or delivery destination.

Track and Trace

We will send you the link to the tracking site as soon as we dispatch your orders.

You will be emailed with the tracking number along with the tracking links for easier tracking of orders. Some tracking numbers may take a few days to reflect upon tracking.
